Hill Family History: My family has had an involvement in the meat industry since 1854 and during that time we have learnt to satisfy the needs of the most discerning customers. Initially operating retail shops we switched our interests to the export market in 1986 and supplied Australian lamb to the world through our brand - Hill's of Darling. This brand was widely recognised as the premier lamb brand and supplied 5 star hotels and restaurants throughout South East Asia, Japan, Dubai, North America and Canada.
As times change so to do the needs of customers. With this in mind I have decided to transform the business model to be more relevant to today's time poor society.
