Q: Is it OK to freeze meat?

A: Absolutely. As long as you freeze the meat before it's use by date and defrost it within 3 months, it will maintain all of it's flavour and nutrients. For more information, please visit the Freezing and Refrigerating Food page in the Useful Information section.

Q: How do I know I’m getting good value?
 
A: You can hear what existing customers have to say at the Testimonials page. In most cases, our prices are better than that of supermarkets. Just compare these prices to your current supplier. In terms of quality, I guarantee you will be happy with my meats. If you are not, I will replace them.
 
Q: Why is Butcherboy so affordable?
 
A: The online ordering and home delivery model allows me to keep my overheads low. This way, I can work on lower margins than most butchers and therefore pass the savings on to my valued customers. In no way do my value prices mean that quality is compromised. At the end of the day, premium quality meats is at the centre of my offer.
 
Q: How is my order delivered?
 
A: In a refrigerated delivery van by myself or another knowledgeable Butcherboy team member. This way, if you have any questions, you can ask them in person.
 
Q: How do I know which products contain allergens?
 
A: None of our products contain egg or nuts. For products that contain dairy or gluten, this is expressly stated in the description below the relevant product in the Shop Now section. Please contact us if you would like a full ingredients declaration for any product.
