Delivery 
Butcherboy will deliver your order to your delivery address within the nominated delivery period. In most cases, this will be within 48 hours of your order. In order to purchase goods from Butcherboy, the delivery address, which you nominate, must be correct. Butcherboy will not be obliged to deliver goods if an incorrect address is provided.

Orders
You can place order with Butcherboy by selecting goods and confirming your order through the online system or alternatively you can phone your order through on 1300 354 151. You can even elect to be called at regular intervals by customer service to take your order. 

Payment
Butcherboy accepts Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and the exact weight and price of each product is known. Please note that the final invoice amount will be within 10% of your Estimated Order Value. This is the fairest possible system as this way, you are paying for exactly the quantity that you receive.

Receipt of Goods
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Butcherboy to be authorised to receive the goods. We suggest that you be at the delivery address to receive your delivery, due to the perishable nature of the goods.

Non delivery of Goods
Where you believe that an item, which was ordered by you, has not been delivered and you wish to report the non-delivery, you must notify Butcherboy of the non-delivery no later than 24 hours after the selected delivery window.
