Noodle beef stir-fry
Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
 


Ingredients

3 tbsp

 

canola oil

500 g

 

lean beef strips

2

 

carrots, sliced thinly on the diagonal

250 g

 

button mushrooms, halved

1 bunch

 

baby bok choy, washed and separated into leaves

1/2 cup

 

stirfry marinade sauce (try soy, honey and garlic sauce or honey and chilli sauce)

 


Method

1.

 

Coat strips in 1 tbsp oil. In a hot pan stir fry beef strips in 3 batches. Remove beef from pan and set aside.

2.

 

Add remaining oil and stir-fry carrots and mushrooms for 5 minutes.

3.

 

Return beef to pan, add bok choy and sauce. Cook to heat through and wilt the bok choy leaves. Serve immediately.
